FreeTV is set to redefine how households engage with TV and on-demand media. Our collaboration with FreeTV from the outset was strategic and comprehensive.

We aimed not only to identify a technology partner capable of meeting their ambitious goals but also to meticulously address specific gaps in the partner's roadmap.

Our role extended into the crucial domain of UX/UI design across mobile, web, and TV platforms. With a focus on user onboarding, we crafted each interface with the goal of exceeding user expectations, thereby minimizing churn and maximising engagement.

A unique aspect of our challenge was designing these interfaces in Hebrew, oriented from right to left. This added complexity underscored the universality of our UX insights, proving their effectiveness beyond Western markets.

FreeTV launched in early June 2023 and quickly surpassed its initial subscriber target within just 10 weeks.

This achievement validated our approach and the product's market fit. We've continued to refine and expand FreeTV's offerings, constantly honing the product to enhance user satisfaction and engagement
