The(Any)thing is the first ever personal on-demand cinema that offers an immersive viewing experience in a custom high-end private cinema room.
Since the founding of The(Any)Thing, we have been leading and shaping its holistic design vision, acting as The(Any)Thing's in-house Head of Design, a role we often perform for startups.
Our role encompasses all aspects of product design, from the physical experience (in collaboration with ...staat) to the development of the digital product experience within our own studio.
The(Any)Thing revolutionises the process of booking a movie online by offering a unique, customisable viewing experience. It goes beyond simply choosing a film; you have the power to decide not only when it starts but also where it plays, down to the specific location and room. This flexibility makes it perfect for any occasion, whether it's a Thursday hangout, a Friday date night, or a relaxed Sunday.
During the actual screening, our app puts you in complete control of your viewing environment, allowing you to tweak the lighting, temperature, and sound to your liking. And if you're craving snacks, there's no need to pause or miss a moment of the movie; simply order directly from the app with minimal fuss.
We had to rethink the cinema booking experience to make this happen. We streamlined the process of choosing a cinema room, picking films, scheduling viewings, and managing the in-room experience.
