KPN IoT's B2B portal allows users to manage their devices, set up flows, and change settings on their already activated devices. However, some of the portal's technical details were complex and difficult to use.

KPN tasked us with creating visual guidance and storytelling explanations to help users understand and use the platform more efficiently.

We created a variety of visual assets to help users better understand and use the KPN IoT platform, including an interactive A-Z flow overview, leaflets for users who order new KPN IoT SIM cards, Presentation templates for onboarding new clients as well as small UX assets that improve the platform's usability.
