Xusic is a B2C music licensing platform created by SMP Amsterdam, a well-known music production company that has worked on popular TV shows like The Voice, Chateau Meiland, and Mocro Maffia.

SMP has been creating music for media since 1995 and have built a huge library of ready-to-use tracks. While SMP themselves are primarily focused on B2C licensing, they asked us to create a platform on which smaller creators could easily license tracks to use on social media content.

After listening in and examining the competition, we analysed the biggest gaps and created a user-friendly way to find the right track. Simply describe what you're looking for, and the system will use filters like instruments, mood, vocals, and tempo to find matching tracks.

We also simplified the licensing process by automatically whitelisting users' social media channels. This saves users time and hassle, and makes it easier for Xusic to manage licenses.
